What is the status of my order?

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact support. You will be asked to verify some details so that we can comply with privacy regulations.

Does my school use Parchment to send documents?

Can’t find your school?

If you have already graduated, you may be able to order from NeedMyTranscript by Parchment. If you are currently a student at your school, you may contact Member Support to confirm your school does not use Parchment to send documents.

What if I accidentally sent my credential to the wrong destination?

Mistakes happen. However, due to privacy regulations we are unable to edit the recipient information for an existing order.

If the original sender, destination, or delivery method needs to be changed, a new order is required. Please carefully review before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

A transcript request may be canceled if it has not been fulfilled within 30 days and/ or if the sending institution is unable to fulfill the request as it was placed.

Contact support for assistance with canceling an order that has not been fulfilled.

Why am I unable to download my document?

Has your download link expired? Download links are available for 30 days, if your download link has expired a new order will be required.

If you are receiving an error message, 404/bad link please contact support.

I never received my printed order. How can you help?

Please allow 7-10 days for USPS delivery of all credentials.

Note that for diplomas there is additional processing time. If you have allowed sufficient time for delivery of your credential and it still has not arrived, please contact support.
